Email notifications of new inquiries are routed through Web3Forms, a form-handling service. Web3Forms processes your submission data transiently to deliver the notification email and does not retain your data beyond that delivery.
Uploaded files (photos, logos) submitted through the intake form are stored in Supabase Storage, a secure object storage service.
We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose it was collected for, or as required by applicable law. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain it.
